Dana Alduaij
Biography
Dana Alduaij is an attorney at law before the supreme court of cassation in Kuwait. She earnedbachelor’s degree in law with honor and master’s degree in private law both from Kuwait University.
Dana is currently a PhD student at Cardiff University-School of Law. Her research interests lie in the
fields of company law, corporate governance, Islamic law and Islamic Sharia. More specifically her
work examines the effect of Islamic corporate governance on the rights of shareholders in Islamic
financial institutions.

In Islamic Sharia, trade between Muslims and non-Muslims is permissible.
