Biography

Dr. John Abraham is a Professor at the University of St. Thomas. His research areas are in the thermal sciences, climate change, and energy. He has published approximately 200 journal papers, conference presentations, books, book chapters and patents. He writes for the Guardian UK on energy and climate topics. In 2012, he and his colleagues formed the Climate Science Rapid Response Team which consists of approximately 150 of the world’s best climate scientists. The group connects media venues and legislators with climate scientists so that accurate information is conveyed to the public.
