Biography
Dr. Pius Chaya is an expert of Public Policy. He holds PhD in Public Policy and Planning, Master of Science in Public Policy and management and Masters of Public Health. He has strong passion on Community Health and Health systems and Governance. He has worked over years in the Health systems closely with Ministry of Health. He is currently a Social Policy specialist –Local Governance with UNICEF in Tanzania working Closely with PORALG in the areas of decentralization of Children and Adolescent focused interventions, and Public finance for Children.Publications
