Biography
Dr. Shengqing Xu is an associate professor in School of Humanities and Law at Jiangsu Ocean University. He is also a member of China Society of Natural Resources. He obtained Bachelor, Master and Ph.D. degrees from Xi’an Jiaotong University during 2007-2017. Dr. Xu has published many influential peer-reviewed papers in international journals such as Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews, Energy Policy, Journal of Environmental Management, Energy & Environment. He also serves as reviewers for more than 10 Journals
