The authors described a study of dietary salmon protein hydrolysate supplementation in BMI decreasing as well as effects on other metabolism-relevant serum biomarkers (bile acid, interleukin-6, preheparin lipoprotein mass and adiponectin) change in obese people. The results indicated that 16g SPH could significantly reduce BMI with other biomarkers compared to the placebo group (whey protein extract). It is interesting to see the effect of extracted 641 peptides in SPH in obesity people's metabolism in the future.
