In this research work, the authors investigated pharmacokinetics and bio-availability of Ofloxacin after subcutaneous and intramuscular administration. The research is undertaken in a systematic manner and the methods are well referenced. The results are in line with the previously published data for intramuscular administration, and the plasma abundance for both IM and SC administrations were found to be in the same range in this study. The data is well discussed with recommendations for using ofloxacin in buffalo calves.
