In the realm of medical education, the development of critical thinking skills among residents is paramount for delivering optimal patient care. However, traditional assessment methods often fall short in capturing the multifaceted nature of critical thinking in complex clinical scenarios. This article explores the concept of utilizing Simultaneous Complexity Reporting (SCR) as a novel approach to evaluate resident critical thinking and enhance adult learning in medical training programs.
